Some of the NBA's best young talent will be on display tonight in Houston as the top Rookies and Sophomores take the court in the All-Star Rising Stars Challenge.

The game will mark the second year of a format where general managers Charles Barkley and Shaquille O'Neal split up the 20 selected players in a draft format.
Sophomores on Team Chuck include Canadian Tristan Thompson (Cavaliers), Kenneth Faried (Nuggets), Kawhi Leonard (Spurs), Ricky Rubio (Timberwolves), Nikola Vucevic (Magic), Brandon Knight (Pistons), and Isaiah Thomas (Kings).
Team Shaq features seven sophomores and four rookies. Among the first-year players are Canadian Andrew Nicholson (Magic), Damian Lillard (Trail Blazers), Harrison Barnes (Warriors), Dion Waiters (Cavaliers), Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (Bobcats), and Tyler Zeller (Cavaliers). Sophomores include Kyrie Irving (Cavaliers), Klay Thompson (Warriors), Chandler Parsons (Rockets), and Kemba Walker (Bobcats).
The game kicks off NBA All-Star weekend, which continues with the skills, three-point, and slam dunk contests on NBA All-Star Saturday Night (TSN2, 8pm et/5pm pt). The 62nd All-Star Game will be played on Sunday night at 7pm et/4pm pt on TSN.
