The Hamilton Tiger-Cats continue to make moves with an eye towards improving their defence from a year ago.
The team announced they have added former Winnipeg Blue Bombers DB Deon Beasley through free agency.
The Beasley signing comes a day after Hamilton landed former Toronto Argonauts DB Evan McCollough, as well as former first overall draft pick Shomari Williams and non-import defensive lineman Brian Bulcke.
In seven games with Winnipeg last year, Beasley recorded 10 tackles.
The 25-year-old has 59 tackles and two interceptions in his three-year career, all spent with the Blue Bombers.
