TORONTO - Monday's off day has allowed the Blue Jays to change the order of the starting rotation as the club works around minor injuries to R.A. Dickey and Josh Johnson.

Left-hander J.A. Happ will work on regular rest, getting the start in Thursday's series finale against the Red Sox. Brandon Morrow is starting Tuesday's opener; Mark Buehrle gets the ball on on Wednesday, both will be working on an extra day's rest.

Dickey, as of Tuesday afternoon, had not undergone an MRI to determine better treatment methods for the pain he's been experiencing in his neck. Dickey has worked through the pain in each of his last four starts and barring the unforeseen, plans to continue to do so.

Johnson will throw a light bullpen session on Wednesday and if the session goes well, he'll start on Friday. If Johnson can't pitch on Friday, Dickey would start. However, it's manager John Gibbons' preference to have Dickey pitch on Saturday, on five day's rest, to allow his neck additional time to heal.
