Throughout the Stanley Cup Playoffs, NHL on TSN analyst and former NHL goaltender Jamie McLennan ranks the netminders after each game night.
Number values assigned are out of five with five being the best performance.
Corey Crawford - 4 - Glove save on Trevor Lewis in OT was huge, glove positioning was great and he reacted perfectly. Has shown he can bounce back from any adversity and mental toughness. With a strong showing in the finals, could be a Conn Smythe candidate.
Jonathan Quick - 3 - Struggled early, he gave up a bad goal to Duncan Keith and then mis-communication with his defence cost him another. It was a tale of a game within a game for him, as he battled back and made some huge saves, including a blocker save on Johnny Oduya to keep it tied going to OT. The GWG was a great shot, no chance, as he was not able to steal one out of the Madhouse to prolong the series.
