The National Lacrosse League and the Professional Lacrosse Players' Association have agreed to a moratorium on all qualifying offers and franchise player designations, as well as any free agency offers under Article 7 of the current Collective Bargaining Agreement, which will expire on July 31.

In a news release sent Friday, the league stated it has exchanged multiple bargaining proposals with the Players' Association and the two sides continue to work actively towards a new Collective Bargaining Agreement.
