OHL: Nastasiuk scores three in Attack's OT win over 67's

OTTAWA - Zach Nastasiuk scored three times, including 33 seconds into overtime, as the Owen Sound Attack hung on to defeat the visiting Ottawa 67's 7-6 on Sunday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Alex Annecchiarico, Kurtis Gabriel, Holden Cook and Daniel Milne also scored for the Attack (28-26-8), who blew a 6-3 third-period lead before salvaging two points. Chris Bigras tacked on three assists.

Brendan Bell had a pair of goals for the 67's (22-35-5), who trailed 4-0 before registering their first goal of the game.

Dante Salituro scored once and set up two more for Ottawa and Jonathan Duchene had a goal and an assist.

Owen Sound's Brandon Hope made 23 saves for the win as Philippe Trudeau allowed seven goals on 34 shots for the 67's.

PETES 3 KNIGHTS 1

LONDON, Ont. — Andrew D'Agostini turned away 41 shots as Peterborough halted the Knights' nine-game win streak.

Anthony Stefano, Jonatan Tanus and Nick Ritchie supplied the scoring for the Petes (29-28-5), who have won three straight contests.

Bo Horvat scored the lone goal for London (44-13-5).

Anthony Stolarz stopped 29-of-31 shots for the Knights, who remain in fourth spot in the Western Conference standings.

ICEDOGS 5 BATTALION 2

NORTH BAY, Ont.— Niagara dominated with its power play, scoring four times with the man advantage en route to defeating the Battalion.

Jordan Maletta, Eric Ming, Aleksandar Mikulovich and Blake Siebenaler scored power-play goals for the IceDogs (21-33-8), who finished the game 4 for 7, while Brendan Perlini scored even strength.

Brenden Miller and Ben Thomson scored for North Bay (32-24-6), which went 2 for 5 with the man advantage.

Niagara's Brent Moran made 28 saves for the win as Battalion netminder Jake Smith stopped 20-of-24 shots in defeat.

STORM 4 GREYHOUNDS 3 (SO)

SAULT STE. MARIE, Ont. — Brock McGinn scored the lone goal of the shootout and Justin Nichols made 39 saves as Guelph slipped past the Greyhounds.

Nick Ebert and Zack Mitchell each had a goal and an asisst for the Storm (48-11-3), who lead the Western Conference standings, while Justin Auger scored once.

Sault Ste. Marie (40-16-6) got goals from David Miller, Sergey Tolchinksy and Tyler Gaudet.

Matt Murray turned away 33-of-36 shots for the Greyhounds.

GENERALS 3 FRONTENACS 2 (SO)

OSHAWA, Ont.— Cole Cassels scored in the sixth round of the shootout as the Eastern Conference leading Generals edged Kingston.

Oshawa's Daniel Altshuller made 33 saves through 65 minutes and stopped all six shooters in the shootout to preserve the victory.

Michael Dal Colle and Sam Harding scored in regulation for the Generals (41-17-5).

Corey Pawley and Lawson Crouse scored for the Frontenacs (34-22-5) while Lucas Peressini turned aside 39 shots in a losing cause.
