According to an ESPN report, former Brazilian international midfielder Kaka has reached an agreement to join Major League Soccer's Orlando FC.

Orlando is to begin play in the MLS for the 2015 season.

Kaka, who currently plays with AC Milan, is expected to be loaned out to his home club Sao Paulo for the upcoming season before joining Orlando for next season.

The addition of Kaka rivals the international splashes made by Orlando's expansion cousins New York FC earlier this month when they announced the signings of Chelsea's Frank Lampard and Atletico Madrid's David Villa.

Kaka, 32, scored seven goals in 30 Serie A appearances for the Rossoneri in 2013-14. He boasts an impressive club track record, having scored 123 career goals in 368 league appearances with Milan, Real Madrid and Sao Paulo.

The striker was not included on Brazil's 2014 World Cup squad but has a wealth of international experience, having being part of the 2002 World Cup Champions as well as the sides that won the 2005 and 2009 Confederations Cups.

He has scored 29 career international goals, earning 87 caps.
