Nashville Predators star defenceman P.K. Subban will be out for the next few days with an upper-body injury, the club announced on their website Friday.
Subban, who was acquired from the Montreal Canadiens for Shea Weber this summer, will be re-evaluated on Tuesday following the team's doubleheader against the Florida Panthers. Fellow defender Ryan Ellis will also be out until then with an upper-body injury.
Subban, 27, scored six goals and added 45 assists over 68 games in 2015-16 with the Habs, his sixth full-year in the league.
