Houston Texans running back Arian Foster is expected to make his season debut Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons, according to a report from ESPN's Adam Schefter. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported Foster will play on a limited basis/specialty snaps against the Falcons before taking on a full load in Houston's Week 5 Thursday nighter against the Indianapolis Colts.
The Chicago Bears are planning on starting quarterback Jay Cutler, according to a report from Fox Sports' Jay Glazer. Glazer said Cutler's hamstring is still not 100% but the QB will gut it out. While Cutler is active, his top receiver, Alshon Jeffery, is inactive for the third straight week due to a hamstring injury.
Philadelphia Eagles running back DeMarco Murray is active for Sunday's contest against the Washington Redskins. Murray missed Week 3's contest against the New York Jets due to a hamstring injury.
