TORONTO - Eugenie Bouchard captured the biggest title of her pro career by defeating fellow Canadian Sharon Fichman 6-1, 6-2 on Sunday to win the $50,000 Tevlin Challenger.

The 18-year-old from Westmount, Que., dominated Fichman in 50 minutes to capture her fourth ITF Pro Circuit title of the season.

She dropped just 15 games all week at Rexall Centre.

"I think I played really well today," Bouchard said. "Yesterday I was a bit tired, so I didn't play as well in the first set, but today I felt really loose, and I wasn't really that nervous because I played a final last week too. I felt like I was playing really well, I was hitting the lines and just going for it and my shots were going in, so I'm really happy."

Bouchard, ranked No. 160 in the world, earned 70 points from the win and will move into the top 150 for the first time.

She became the first Canadian to claim a junior Slam singles crown at Wimbledon this year, and will play her first full professional season in 2013.
