Raptors' Lowry sidelined 10 days, Bargnani out indefinitely

While the Toronto Raptors extended their losing streak to six games on Wednesday, the news wasn't any better on the injury front.

Guard Kyle Lowry and forward Andrea Bargnani were injured in Sunday's loss to the Portland Trail Blazers and will not be returning to action in the immediate future.

Lowry was diagnosed with a partial tear to his right triceps muscle and will be sidelined for 10 days.

Bargnani suffered a ligament tear in his right elbow and a strained right wrist and is out indefinitely.

Forward Amir Johnson also missed Wednesday's game after being suspended for throwing his mouthpiece at an official on Sunday. He will return to the lineup on Friday against the Dallas Mavericks (TSN, 6:30pm et/3:30pm pt).
