The Boston Bruins on Tuesday acquired forward Daniel Paille from the Buffalo Sabres in exchange for a third-round draft choice and a conditional fourth-round pick in 2010. Paille only skated in two games for the Sabres this season and earned one assist. Last season, the Ontario native tallied 12 goals with 27 points in 73 games. The Columbus Blue Jackets have traded 20-year old forward Stefan Legein to the Philadelphia Flyers in exchange for defenceman Michael Ratchuk. The former alternate captain of Canada's gold medal winning world junior team in 2008 has been playing with Syracuse of the AHL. Full Story.

Only seven games into the 2009-2010 NHL campaign, the Boston Bruins have sent forward Chuck Kobasew to the Minnesota Wild. In return the Bruins will receive winger Craig Weller, a second round pick in 2011, and the rights to prospect Alexander Fallstrom. Full Story.
