The Anaheim Ducks continue to restructure their goaltending as they have acquired Joey MacDonald from the Toronto Maple Leafs in exchange for a 7th round draft pick in 2011.

Earlier in the day the Ducks shipped Vesa Toskala to the Calgary Flames in exchange for Curtis McElhinney and Justin Pogge to the Carolina Hurricans for Aaron Ward.

In six games with the Leafs this season, MacDonald has a 1-4-0 with 3.20 goals against average and an .892 save percentage.
