The Toronto Maple Leafs have acquired winger Brandon Kozun from the Los Angeles Kings for center Andrew Crescenzi.

Kozun, 23, was originally drafted by the Kings in the sixth-round of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft. He has seen action with the Manchester Monarchs in each of the past four seasons, including 43 games with that club this year. He has 10 goals and 19 assists with a plus-1 rating this season.

Kozun was drafted by the Kings in the sixth round (179th overall) of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft. Though born in Los Angeles, he was a member of Canada's silver medal-winning 2010 World Junior Hockey Championship team.

Crescenzi, 20, is currently playing with the Maple Leafs' AHL affiliate, the Toronto Marlies. He has played parts of the last three seasons with the Marlies, turning pro in 2010-11.

In 32 games with the Marlies in 2013-14 he has tallied one goal and one assist.

The native of Thornhill, Ontario was signed by the Maple Leafs as a free agent on Sept. 24, 2010.
