Predators acquire D Rissling from Capitals for pick

The Washington Capitals have traded the rights to defenseman Jaynen Rissling to the Nashville Predators in exchange for a seventh-round draft pick in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft.

Rissling, 20, was originally selected by the Capitals in the seventh round (197th overall) of the 2012 NHL Entry Draft. He scored eight goals and 29 assists in 54 games with the Calgary Hitmen of the Western Hockey League this season.
