Gurdeep Ahluwalia

Anchor and Reporter, TSN SportsCentre

Gurdeep Ahluwalia is an anchor and reporter for SportsCerntre, contributing frequent stories from across the Toronto sports scene.

Ahluwalia joins TSN from CP24, Toronto's No. 1 source for breaking news, where he garnered a loyal following in his role as weekend co-host of CP24 Breakfast and as a weekday reporter and anchor. While at CP24, Ahluwalia made occasional appearances on TSN as an anchor and reporter.

Prior to joining CP24, Ahluwalia spent time at a variety of news and sports media organizations across the Greater Toronto Area, including starting out as a story editor at SportsCentre. He's the latest in a long line of TSN on-air voices whose broadcast careers began in the SportsCentre newsroom, joining a list that includes Rod Smith, Dave Randorf, Jay Onrait, John Lu, and Steve Kouleas.

A graduate of the Mass Media Communications and Sociology program at McMaster University, Ahluwalia worked as sports editor for the campus newspaper and hosted/produced a sports talk radio show on 93.3 CFMU McMaster Campus Radio.
