MEDICINE HAT, Alta. - Medicine Hat used five different players to score five straight goals and lead the Tigers to a 5-1 win over the Kamloops Blazers on Saturday night in Western Hockey League action.

Tyler Lewington, Matt Bradley, Steven Owre, Chad Butcher and Tommy Vannelli all scored even-strength goals for the Tigers (6-1-0)

Deven Sideroff was the only Blazer to beat Medicine Hat starting goaltender Marek Langhamer.

Langhamer made 27-of-28 saves between the pipes for the Tigers, who recorded their third-straight win.

Connor Ingram suffered the loss for Kamloops (4-2-1) making 34-of-39 saves.

The Blazers failed to score on four power-play attempts while Medicine Hat was unsuccessful on seven attempts.

BRANDON, Man. — Ivan Provorov had a goal and two assists to lead the Wheat Kings offensively.

Colton Waltz, Jayce Hawryluk, Jesse Gabrielle, Rihards Bukarts, Nolan Patrick and Quintin Lisoway rounded out the attack for the Wheat Kings (5-0-1).

Adam Musil was the lone scorer for Red Deer (2-3-0).

CALGARY — Connor Rankin scored the first of five straight goals in Calgary's come-from-behind victory over Kootenay.

Kenton Helgesen, Chase Lang, Adam Tambellini, Ben Thomas and Radel Fazleev all had a goal for the Hitmen (3-2-1).

Luke Philp struck twice for the Ice (2-3-0), while Jaedon Descheneau and Vince Loschiavo also found the back of the net.

MOOSE JAW, Alta. — Zach Sawchenko made 25 saves to earn the shutout as Moose Jaw blanked Tri-City.

Eric Comrie made 24-of-29 saves for the Americans (3-3-0).
