The Winnipeg Jets (2-1-1) conclude a two-game home stand tonight against the New York Islanders (2-2).

TSN 1290's coverage begins with Hustler & Lawless at 4pm ct.  Rick Ralph hosts the official Jets pregame show at 6pm ct.  Color analysts Shane Hnidy and J-P Vigier will join the broadcast booth for the play-by-play at 7pm ct.

Al Montoya will make his Jets debut in goal against his former team.  Montoya played 31 games for the Islanders last season.  Coincidentally, his last NHL win was against Winnipeg on April 5 in New York.

Head coach Claude Noel is expected to use the same 18 skaters that beat Pittsburgh by a 4-2 score Friday night at the MTS Centre.

Projected Jets Lineup:

Ladd - Antropov - Little
Ponikarovsky - Burmistrov - Wellwood
Wright - Slater - Thorburn

Blake Wheeler, Evander Kane, Dustin Byfuglien and Toby Enstrom are on four-game point streaks - Kane and Wheeler (two goals and two assists), Byfuglien (one goal and three assists) and Enstrom (four assists).

Evgeni Nabokov will start in goal for the Islanders, who are coming off a 4-2 loss in Boston Friday.

Projected Islanders Lineup:

Moulson - Tavares - Okposo
Grabner - Nielson - Boyes
Ullstrom - Aucoin - McDonald

Thomas Hickey will play his first NHL game tonight.  He was selected by Los Angeles fourth overall in the 2007 NHL Draft, and claimed by New York off waivers on January 15th.

Former Manitoba Moose, Michael Grabner, leads the Islanders with three goals and two assists this season.

Former Hershey Bear, Keith Aucoin, has scored three goals in his last two games.

The Islanders enter this game tied for first overall in the NHL on the penalty kill.  They have not allowed a goal on 13 opposing power plays.

Next action for the Jets will be Tuesday in Montreal on TSN 1290 & TSN Jets.
