Munz: Jets look for third straight home win against 'Canes

The Winnipeg Jets look for their third straight win on home as they host the Carolina Hurricanes in a 6:00ct face off at MTS Centre.
The (32-30-9) Jets have 73 points and trail the Phoenix Coyotes by six points for a Western Conference Wild Card playoff spot. The Coyotes host Boston tonight.
Al Montoya will start in goal.
Jets Projected Lines:
Winnipeg made one roster move this afternoon re-assigning forward John Albert to the AHL's St. John's Ice Caps.
Evander Kane is on a three game point streak that includes two goals and one assist.
The Jets have successfully killed off 12 consecutive opposing power plays in their last four home games.
Carolina is coming off a 3-2 loss last night in Chicago. It's the final game of a three game road trip in which they have a 1-1 record.
The (30-31-9) Hurricanes have 69 points and trail Columbus for an Eastern Conference Wild Card playoff spot by nine points.
Carolina did not have a pregame skate this morning at MTS Centre.
Cam Ward is expected to start in goal.
