Cody Ceci made a big jump into the top-10 in Craig Button's latest TSN.ca NHL Draft Rankings.

Ceci jumped all the way from the 20th position to ninth in the March rankings. The big Ottawa 67's defenceman has 15 goals, 41 assists and is a plus-20 in 61 games this season.

The top eight prospects remained the same with Sarnia Sting forward Nail Yakupov maintaining the top spot. Yakupov has maintained his position since the first ranking was released September.

Red Deer Rebels defenceman Matt Dumba, Leksand winger Filip Forsberg along with injured players Morgan Reilly and Alex Galchenyuk round out the top five.

With Ceci's big jump, Everett defenceman Ryan Murray fell one spot to 10th position while Jacob Trouba was bumped just outside the top 10 at 11.

The highest climber in the March rankings was Stanstead College's Mark Janjowksi, who moved up from 38th last month into the Top 25 and landing at No. 23.

Janksowski has scored 48 goals and 36 assists in 50 games in the Midwest Prep Hockey League.

Also making big strides up the rankings in the top 30 were Belleville goaltender Malcolm Subban and Michigan winger Phillip Di Giuseppe who each climbed five spots.

The highest ranking debut this month went to Gatineau Olympiques right-winger Tomas Hyka at number 42. Hyka has scored 20 goals and 44 assists in the QMJHL this season.

Just behind Hyka amongst newcomers was Saskatoon Blades centre Lukas Sutter who sits at 45.

Amongst the top 30 prospects from February's ranking the biggest drop was by Owen Sound forward Jarrod Maidens who fell nine spots from 23rd to sit in 32nd position in March.
