With the NHL Trade Deadline less than three weeks away, teams are making decisions on whether to buy or sell. Check out today's trade rumours and speculation from around the NHL beat, and follow TSN.ca each day until Deadline Day for all the updates.

An L.A. Story?

On Insider Trading on the NHL on TSN, Hockey Insiders Bob McKenzie and Pierre Lebrun discussed Jarome Iginla's future. Both McKenzie and Lebrun feel that Iginla could very well be moved at the deadline.

"I think if he's made available, keep an eye on the Stanley Cup champion LA Kings; Daryl Sutter obviously has that relationship with Iginla from his Calgary days," LeBrun said. "I think Jonathan Bernier is someone the Kings would be willing to dangle in a trade for Iginla."

Canucks looking for help up the middle?

In the same Insider Trading, McKenzie states that the Vancouver Canucks, who are in the market for a centre, could be looking towards Texas, and Derek Roy.

"Roy's situation is interesting: he makes $4 million a year on the final year of a contract that will see him become an unrestricted free agent this summer," McKenzie said. "He and the Dallas Stars are not down the road at all on a new contract, and in fact, it would be fair to suggest that they have a much different idea in terms of value."

Flyers standing pat?

CSNPhilly's Tim Panaccio spoke to Philadelphia Flyers' general manager Paul Holmgren after the team's most recent loss. Holmgren stated that head coach Peter Laviolette wasn't on the hot seat for the club's 11th place in the East standings, saying that the players had to take responsibility.

Holmgren also said that he's not looking at making a major deal as he doesn't want to disrupt the team.

"Nobody is really happy with the position we are in or the way we've played," Holmgren said. "Get better quickly. Hopefully, that starts tomorrow. I'm not at that point, well, I'm not sure we'd ever make a big trade. I think that's just speculation."

Staying in New York?

Despite struggling this season and seeing time on the third line, New York Rangers forward Marian Gaborik won't be requesting a trade according to ESPN's Craig Custance, who spoke to Gaborik's agent Tobin Wright.

"Marian is a team guy," Wright said. "He's not the type of guy who would ask out."

Gaborik has one-year left on his five-year, $37.5 million deal after this season.

See You In The Summer?

Don Brennan of the Ottawa Sun suggests that it makes sense for the Senators to pursue Anaheim Ducks forward Corey Perry during the off-season.

Senators GM Bryan Murray originally drafted Perry when he was with Ducks in the first round of the 2003 NHL Draft.

"It makes no sense for the Senators to even inquire about trading for Perry now. He's not going anywhere at the moment, and even if he was, the package they'd have to give up would be too great... But come July, they should make a pitch that Perry can't refuse - if they want to have a real shot at winning the Cup anytime soon."
