WASHINGTON - Washington Wizards centre Marcin Gortat has travelled home to Poland because of a family emergency and will miss at least the next two games.

The team says Gortat will miss Friday's game against Phoenix and Sunday's contest with Dallas.

Wizards coach Randy Wittman didn't know whether Gortat will miss additional time.

Washington's Nene will miss his fourth game with a strained left calf. Drew Gooden is out with a right calf strain and Kris Humphries is sidelined with a left ankle injury.

The Wizards will start centre Ryan Hollins, who was signed on Monday.

The Suns will be without Tyson Chandler, who won't play for the fourth straight game because of a strained right hamstring.
