DULUTH, Georgia — Tom Schreiber scored four goals and set up two more as the Toronto Rock defeated the Georgia Swarm 16-14 on Monday to advance to the National Lacrosse League division finals.

Adam Jones had three goals and six assists and Rob Hellyer and Dan Craig had two goals and four helpers apiece to power Toronto's offence in the one-and-done division semifinal matchup.

Shayne Jackson led the Swarm with eight points on two goals and six assists and Lyle Thompson scored three and tacked on four helpers.

Rock goaltender Nick Rose made 35 saves. Georgia's Mike Poulin stopped 35 shots.
