Ottawa Redblacks coach Rick Campbell and Edmonton Eskimos coach Chris Jones are the nominees for the 2015 Annis Stukus Trophy, awarded to the CFL coach of the year.

Campbell led the Redblacks to a 12-6 record and an East Division title in his second season with the Redblacks - also the team's second season in existence.

The 44-year-old Washington native has been coaching in the CFL for 16 years. He came into the league as a defensive secondary and special teams coordinator with the Eskimos in 1999 and has also worked with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Calgary Stampeders.

His appointment with the Redblacks is his first CFL head coaching stint.

Jones, 44, led the Eskimos to a 14-4 record and a West Division title in his first year as a CFL head coach.

The Tennessee native broke into the league as the defensive line coach with the Montreal Alouettes in 2002. He was promoted to defensive coordinator a year later and spent the next four years there before taking on the same job with the Calgary Stampeders and helping win the 96th Grey Cup in 2008.

He was also the defensive coordinator, assistant head coach and assistant general manager for the 100th Grey Cup champion Toronto Argonauts in 2012.
