Philadelphia, PA - After a nearly six-hour surgery, Leah Still, the four-year-old daughter of Cincinnati Bengals defensive tackle Devon Still, had her cancerous tumor completely removed on Thursday.

The surgery took place at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Leah was diagnosed with Stage 4 neuroblastoma on June 2 and the pediatric cancer left her with a 50/50 chance of survival.

"After a 5hr 50min surgery the surgeon was able to remove ALL of her tumor and all of her lymph nodes and her right adrenal gland where it all started from...best news I've received in a long time," Still said on his Instagram account.

Leah still has another round of chemotherapy, radiation and stem-cell transplants ahead of her to try and regrow her bone marrow and stem cells.

Devon Still was originally cut by the Bengals before being named to the practice squad so that he could retain his insurance to pay for his daughter's medical bills.

Through two games this season, Still has recorded five tackles.
