SAN DIEGO — The Los Angeles Dodgers have acquired minor league right-hander Ariel Hernandez from the Cincinnati Reds for minor leaguers Zach Neal and Ibandel Isabel.

Hernandez made his big league debut with Cincinnati in 2017, making 19 relief appearances during four stints with a 5.18 ERA. He will be assigned to Double-A Tulsa following Tuesday's deal.

He was designated for assignment on Friday, when the Reds promoted right-hander Dylan Floro.

Neal, a right-hander, will be assigned to Triple-A Louisville and Isabel, an infielder, to Class A Daytona.
