We are NINE days away from Super Bowl 57 in Arizona.

As the countdown continues, FanDuel has added to an already extensive list of prop specials that you can find live on the app right now.

In addition to the props that we’ve already covered this week, FanDuel has posted a long list of wagers divided into the following categories: QB Props, Rushing Props, Team Props, Defensive Props, Special Teams Props and Player Props.

With so many different options to choose from, it can be difficult to sort through all of the betting options to find the best value.

We asked the traders at FanDuel where they were seeing the most action throughout the first few days of betting on Super Bowl 57.

This is what they told us.

Here is the Morning Coffee for Friday February 3rd, 2023.

Inside The Early Super Bowl Prop Betting Action At FanDuel

Believe it or not, the player with the most bets and stakes in the Super Bowl MVP market to date isn’t even playing in Super Bowl 57.

FanDuel took a large number of wagers on Joe Burrow to win Super Bowl MVP throughout the playoffs.

While Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals were eliminated in the AFC Championship, he’s still technically the most popular bet to win Super Bowl MVP.

Chalk that up as a big win for FanDuel.

Meanwhile, it should be no surprise that Jalen Hurts and Patrick Mahomes are the two most popular bets to win Super Bowl MVP of the players that are actually set to participate in the game.

Hurts, who started the playoffs at +700 to win Super Bowl MVP at FanDuel, is down to +130 as the co-favourite to win that award now.

Patrick Mahomes went from +430 to +130 to win Super Bowl MVP.

Travis Kelce is the third most popular choice to win Super Bowl MVP.

Philadelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders (+2400) and linebacker Haason Reddick (+3400) round out the top five choices to win Super Bowl MVP at longer odds.

FanDuel has also taken some notable bets on long shots to win Super Bowl MVP.

Eagles’ running back Kenneth Gainwell (+13000) and defensive back C.J. Gardner-Johnson (+15000) are two names that were bet on with significant wagers at longer odds.

Meanwhile, in terms of player props, the over on the Jalen Hurts rushing yards prop has been a popular bet at FanDuel, with over 95 per cent of the stakes on the over.

Miles Sanders’ rushing yards over is another bet that has been adjusted due to the heavy early volume, moving from 53.5 to 58.5.

The over on the Patrick Mahomes passing attempts prop is another popular wager, attracting more than 95 per cent of the stakes.

In the early touchdown scorer markets, the five most popular anytime touchdown scorer bets are on Jalen Hurts, Travis Kelce, Boston Scott, Miles Sanders and A.J. Brown.

Also, Travis Kelce attracted more than double the amount of money bet on the 2+ touchdown scorer market versus any other player set to compete in Super Bowl 57.

In terms of a FanDuel Best Bet that I like for Super Bowl 57, I’ll take Kenneth Gainwell over 16.5 rushing yards.

The Eagles have a clear advantage at the line of scrimmage, and their ability to effectively run the football will be a massive asset as they look to move the ball efficiently, win the time of possession battle and keep the ball out of the hands of Mahomes.

Gainwell has rushed for 112 and 48 yards in Philadelphia’s first two playoff games.

The 2021 fifth-round pick will be motivated to finish strong and help his team secure a ring.

Give me Gainwell over 16.5 rushing yards at Super Bowl 57 as my FanDuel Best Bet for today’s Morning Coffee.
