The Calgary Flames have agreed to a five-year, $21.5 million deal with forward Michael Frolik.

The 27-year-old played all 82 games last season, his second with the Winnipeg Jets, and produced 19 goals and 23 assists.

The Kladno, Czech Republic native was drafted in the first round, 10th overall in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft by the Florida Panthers and made his debut with the team in 2008-09 season.

He has also spent time with the Chicago Blackhawks over his 512 game NHL career where he has scored 95 goals and 140 assists.
