New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz has declared himself to be at full health in his recovery from a torn patellar tendon.

The Giants will allow Cruz to take part in full for the first time during Monday's practice.

"I feel good. The knee is 100 percent," Cruz said Monday in a WFAN interview, per NJ.com. "[Sunday] was probably my most physically enduring practice, in terms of limitations. You know they have been keeping me down to a number of plays per day. {Sunday] was my most."

Cruz had 337 yards and one touchdown before the injury in Week 6 of 2014. He had 998 yards and four touchdowns in 2013.

When healthy, Cruz is one of the NFL's top slot receiver, providing Eli Manning with another option between Odell Beckham Jr. and Rueben Randle. Beckham topped 1,000 yards in his rookie season, while Randle fell just shy in his third pro season, with 938 yards.

Cruz posted a career-high 1,536 yards in his breakout 2011 season.
