Long considered the favourite to win the Stanley Cup, the Chicago Blackhawks suddenly have company on championship odds this spring. 

Bodog released its updated season odds on Tuesday, with the defending champions joined by the Montreal Canadiens at the top with 9/1 odds.

Chicago were 13/2 favourites at the start of the season, while the Canadiens were 18/1.

Another team that saw a signifcant jump was the Dallas Stars, going from 33/1 to 10/1.  

Several teams saw their odds worsen, including the Toronto Maple Leafs and Colorado Avalanche seeing their odds go from 100/1 to 200/1 and 66/1 to 200/1, respectively.

The Calgary Flames dropped from 28/1 to 66/1, while the Winnipeg Jets remain at 28/1. The Edmonton Oilers fell to 66/1, while the Ottawa Senators fell from 40/1 to 50/1. The Vancouver Canucks moved up from 66/1 to 33/1.
