Vitaly Abramov, Adam Tambellini, Darren Archibald and Drake Batherson, into an empty net, scored for the Senators (30-23-7), Ottawa's AHL affiliate.
Belleville is 12-0-5 in their last 17 games.
Mikhail Berdin kicked out 31-of-34 shots in 58:51 for Manitoba (27-26-5), the Winnipeg Jets' farm club.
The Senators were 1 for 4 on the power play and the Moose were scoreless on four attempts.
