Tampa Bay Lightning

Defenceman Victor Hedman is a game-time decision for Sunday's Game 3 against the Columbus Blue Jackets, head coach Jon Cooper told reporters.

Hedman did not skate with the team Saturday during practice. Cooper said the blueliner was a bit "banged up" following Game 3.

The Bolts also called up defenceman Cameron Gaunce on Sunday.

 

Winnipeg Jets

Patrik Laine was absent from Jets morning skate but he will play tonight according to TSN's Sara Orlesky

 

Washington Capitals

The Caps have recalled goaltender Vitek Vanecek from the AHL's Hershey Bears and re-assigned Ilya Samsonov, the team announced Sunday.

Both Braden Holtby and Pheonix Copley sit above Vanecek on the Caps' depth chart according to The Washington Post's Isabelle Khurshudyan, who adds that there is "nothing wrong" with either goaltender.

Vanecek, 23, has posted a record of 21-10-6 with a 2.62 goals against average and a .907 save percentage in 38 games with the Bears this season.
