Toronto Maple Leafs
Jake Gardiner will not be in Sunday's lineup against the Arizona Coyotes due to back spasms. The 28-year-old is listed as day-to-day. In 47 games, the defenceman has two goals and 22 assists.
Martin Marincin is expected to take Gardiner's place in the lineup. The 26-year-old has appeared in eight NHL games, tallying one assist.
Frederik Andersen will be between the pipes on Sunday as the Maple Leafs take on the Coyotes. The 29-year-old owns a record of 21-10-1, a 2.53 goals-against average and .923 save percentage.

Goaltender Tuukka Rask suffered a concussion in the first period of Saturday night's game against the New York Rangers. The Finnish native left the ice after a collision with Rangers player Filip Chytil. The 31-year-old was on a seven-game point streak, holding a season record of 14-8-3, a 2.43 goals-against average, and .919 save percentage. There is currently no time table for his post-game status or return.
Peter Cehlarik has been sent down to Boston's AHL affiliate, the Providence Bruins. In the three NHL games the forward appeared in, he collected one goal and two assists.

New York Rangers
Ryan Lindgren has been moved to New York's AHL affiliate, the Hartford Wolf Pack. The defenceman has played three NHL games this season, with no points and six penalty minutes.
San Jose Sharks
Marc-Edouard Vlasic has been moved to injured reserve, as he deals with an upper-body injury (wrist). The defenceman has not played since Jan. 2. In the 42 games he has played, the 31-year-old has 11 points (one goal and 10 assists). In a corresponding move, the Sharks have brought Jacob Middleton up from the San Jose Barracuda (AHL). The 23-year-old has only played in one NHL game this season.
Colorado Avalanche
The Avs have called up Dominic Toninato and Anton Lindholm from their AHL affiliate, the Colorado Eagles. Toninato has yet to make his season NHL debut, where Lindholm has played two games.
Mikko Rantanen is skating with the team on Sunday morning for practice. The 22-year-old left Saturday night's game early due to precautionary reasons surrounding a lower-body injury. The forward has 73 points (23 goals and 50 assists) in 48 games this season.
New Jersey Devils
Cory Schneider has been sent down to New Jersey's AHL affiliate, the Binghamton Devils. The 32-year-old has been in net for nine NHL games this season, with a 0-5-1 record, 4.66 goals-against average and .852 save percentage.
Dallas Stars
Roope Hintz has been sent to the team's AHL affiliate, the Texas Stars. The forward has appeared in 25 NHL games, with two goals and three assists.
Denis Gurianov has also been sent down to the AHL, after appearing in 12 NHL contests. The 21-year-old had three points, one goal and two assists.
In addition, Connor Carrick has also been sent to the Texas Stars on a conditioning loan. The defenceman has skated in 13 NHL games, with four points (one goal and three assists).
Pittsburgh Penguins
Joseph Blandisi has been assigned to Pittsburgh's AHL affiliate, the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins. The forward has skated in four NHL games this season, including during his time with the Anaheim Ducks.
Columbus Blue Jackets
Kevin Stenlund has been sent down to the AHL affiliate of the Blue Jackets, the Cleveland Monsters. Before being a healthy scratch for Saturday's contest, the 22-year-old played in four consecutive NHL games.
Carolina Hurricanes
Haydn Fleury has been called up by Carolina from the Charlotte Checkers (AHL). The defenceman has skated in 10 NHL games this season, tallying one assist.
Petr Mrazek will be in net as the Canes face the Edmonton Oilers on Sunday. The 26-year-old posts a record of 9-10-2, a 2.74 goals-against average and .898 save percentage.
Winnipeg Jets
Sami Niku has been sent to Winnipeg's AHL affiliate, the Manitoba Moose. In 10 games, the defenceman has two assists.
Cam Schilling has also been sent down to the Moose. The 30-year-old has skated in four NHL games, tallying one assist.
