MONTREAL CANADIENS
Andrew Shaw returns to the lineup tonight against the Toronto Maple Leafs, his first game of the calendar year, after having missed 15 games since suffering a neck injury on Dec. 31 against the Dallas Stars. He practised this morning with Brendan Gallagher and Max Domi on the second power play unit. Prior to the injury, he had 24 points in 36 games.
Paul Byron has been placed on the injured reserve. Karl Alzner has been placed on waivers.

OTTAWA SENATORS
The Sens have recalled forward Darren Archibald from the AHL's Belleville Senators. He was acquired by the Sens along with Anders Nilsson in the early January trade with the Vancouver Canucks. He has played in one game with the Sens this season, recording zero points.
CHICAGO BLACKHAWKS
Corey Crawford was back at practice today and stayed for 20-25 minutes. He took shots and shared the net with Colin Dellia. Crawford has missed 20 games this season with a concussion and last played on Dec.16 against the San Jose Sharks.
WASHINGTON CAPITALS
Defenseman Christian Djoos was recalled on Friday after a long-term conditioning assignment with the Hershey Bears. Djoos has played in 28 games this season, recording four assists, before he sustained an injury on Dec. 11 versus the Detroit Red Wings. Jonas Siegenthaler was loaned to the AHL's Hershey Bears to make room for Djoos.
NEW JERSEY DEVILS
Cory Schneider gets the start in goal against the Minnesota Wild. He hasn't won a regular season NHL game since Dec. 27, 2017. Schneider has appeared in ten games with the Devils this season, going 0-5-2 with a .866 SV% and 4.11 GAA.
PHILADELPHIA FLYERS
The Flyers have recalled defenceman Philippe Myers from the AHL's Lehigh Valley Phantoms. Myers 29 points in 48 games with the Phantoms this season. This is his first recall to the NHL.
Forward Corban Knight was placed on waivers.
