Left wing J.T. Miller did not practice on Monday but seems likely to play Tuesday against the Carolina Hurricanes. Rangers' head coach Alain Vigneault says there's a strong chance that Miller plays at centre. Defenceman Brendan Smith will miss the next four weeks after suffering a knee injury in last Saturday's loss to the Montreal Canadiens.
