The Toronto Maple Leafs have acquired forward Nic Petan from the Winnipeg Jets in exchange for forward Par Lindholm.

Lindholm has played in 61 games for the Maple Leafs this season, recording a goal and 11 assists. Lindholm, 27, is an unrestricted free agent after this season.
