The Tampa Bay Lightning claimed forward Gabriel Dumont back from the Ottawa Senators on waivers Wednesday.

Ottawa claimed Dumont in November on waivers from the Lightning. He had no points in seven games with the Lightning earlier this season.

Dumont, 27, was a plus-1 over two games since being activated off injured reserve by the Senators last week after an undisclosed injury. He had one goal and two points in 23 games with the Senators this season.

Defenceman Taylor Chorney, who was also placed on waivers Tuesday, was claimed by the Columbus Blue Jackets from the Washington Capitals.
