EDMONTON - The Edmonton Oilers have assigned winger Zack Kassian and defencemen Brad Hunt and Griffin Reinhart to the American Hockey League's Bakersfield Condors.

Kassian has one goal, one assist and 18 penalty minutes in six games with the Oilers this season.

The Oilers acquired Kassian from Montreal for goaltender Ben Scrivens in a Dec. 28 trade.

Kassian, 25, was acquired by the Canadiens last summer but did not play in a regular-season game for Montreal.

He was cleared to play in mid-December after spending more than two months in a substance abuse program. Kassian then cleared waivers and was assigned to AHL St. John's.

Hunt has appeared in seven games with the Oilers, posting two penalty minutes.

He has 23 points (six goals, 17 assists) and eight penalty minutes in 26 games with the Condors.

Reinhart has posted one assist and eight penalty minutes in 13 games with the Oilers this season and a goal, four assists and 12 penalty minutes in 14 games with Bakersfield.

The North Vancouver, British Columbia native has posted one assist and eight penalty minutes in 13 games with the Oilers this season.
