Sunrise, FL - The Florida Panthers and defenseman Steven Kampfer agreed to terms on a two-year extension Saturday.

Kampfer, 26, has played in 18 games with Florida this season and has posted a goal and two assists.

Over parts of three seasons in the league with Boston, Minnesota and Florida, Kampfer has eight goals and 10 assists in 79 games.
