The Pittsburgh Penguins will face the Washington Capitals in Game 6 without the services of Trevor Daley.

Daley has been ruled out with a lower-body injury, though head coach Mike Sullivan said the defenceman is considered day-to-day.

The 33-year-old owns one assist through 10 playoff games. He logged a series-low 11:09 of ice time in Game 5, having played for 16:45 or more in each of the series' first four games.

Sullivan did not say who would replace Daley on Monday night, though the decision is likely down to Mark Streit and Chad Ruhwedel, neither of whom has dressed in the playoffs.

Defenceman Brian Dumoulin also missed practice on Monday morning, but Sullivan said he would play in Game 6.
