NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Nashville Predators have signed free-agent forward Steve Moses to a one-year, $1 million contract for the 2015-16 season.

The team announced the signing Thursday.

The 25-year-old Moses set a Kontinental Hockey League single-season record in 2014-15 by scoring 36 goals for Jokerit in that club's inaugural season in the Russia-based league. Moses also had 21 assists and tied for seventh in the KHL with 57 points while playing 60 games for Jokerit, which is based in Helsinki, Finland.

Moses is 5-foot-9 and 172 pounds. He played for the University of New Hampshire from 2008-12.
