NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Predators centre Mike Fisher is active and playing against the Chicago Blackhawks with Nashville facing elimination in their first-round series in Game 5.
Captain Shea Weber remains out with a lower-body injury, scratched from his third straight game Thursday night.
Predators coach Peter Laviolette was noncommittal on their status after the morning skate. Weber hasn't played since getting hurt in Game 2. Fisher left Game 1 with a lower-body injury and hasn't played since.
Fisher took part in Thursday's morning skate, but Weber didn't. The Predators trail the series 3-1 heading into Thursday night's Game 5 in Nashville.
Colin Wilson, who has four goals in the series, missed the morning skate. But he also is active for Nashville.
