The Buffalo Bills have added another offensive weapon, albeit one with some baggage attached.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Bills have reached an agreement on a one-year deal with receiver Percy Harvin.

Harvin is known for his playmaking ability but also carries the reputation of having issues in the locker room.

Harvin spent last year split between the Seattle Seahawks and New York Jets. The 26-year-old had 488 receiving yards and one touchdown.

Harvin has been in the league six years, mostly with the Minnesota Vikings, and has amassed 3,802 receiving yards and 21 touchdowns.
