In his ninth season with the Hawks, the 29-year-old averaged 15.2 points, 7.3 rebounds and 1.5 blocks while appearing in all 82 games. It marked the first time in Horford’s career that he didn’t miss a regular season contest.

Since being drafted by the team third overall in 2007, the Hawks and Horford have never missed the postseason, which includes making it to the Eastern Conference finals in the 2014-2015 season. This past season, they were eliminated by the Celtics in seven games in their first round meeting.

The native of the Dominican Republic has averaged of 14.3 points, 8.9 boards and 1.2 blocks in 578 games over the course of his career.
