After two years out of the league, it appears that Tim Tebow will be making his way back to the NFL.

According to a league source speaking to ESPN, the Philadelphia Eagles will sign Tebow on Monday. Adam Schefter of ESPN reports the two sides began working on the framework of the deal when Tebow worked out for the Eagles in March. The deal was then finalized on Sunday allowing Tebow to join the team ahead of the start of offseason workouts.

Tebow will now join a crowded Eagles' quarterback roster that includes Sam Bradford, Mark Sanchez and Matt Barkley.

The 27-year-old has been out of the NFL since the 2013 preseason when he played for the New England Patriots. He completed 11 of 30 passes for 145 yards and two touchdowns and two interceptions in three preseason games with the Patriots. His last action in a regular season game was in December 2012 when he played for the New York Jets.
