The Saskatchewan Roughriders have signed All-Star national kicker Brett Lauther and wide receiver Naaman Roosevelt to contract extensions.
Roosevelt's is a one-year deal, while Lauther's takes him through 2020.
Roosevelt had 48 catches last season for 570 yards and four touchdowns over 14 regular season games. He has played the last four seasons in Saskatchewan with the Riders.
The 28-year-old Lauther connected on 54 of 60 field goals including a season-long try of 56 yards. His 90 per cent success rate was the second highest in Riders franchise history. He was named a West Division All-Star and was selected as Saskatchewan's Most Outstanding Special-Teams Player.
The Saint Mary's product signed with the Roughriders last March.
