Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer believes that midfielder Paul Pogba will be at the club next season, but won't make any guarantees.

The 26-year-old France international has been linked with moves to La Liga giants Barcelona and Real Madrid.

"I think he will be here next season," said Solskjaer of Pogba at his press availability on Friday ahead of a crucial Premier League match with Chelsea on Sunday. "Paul has done fantastic for us. We want him to do well. He is a leader in the dressing room. If I could guarantee I would say yes. You can't guarantee but I think he will be."

Solskjaer also revealed that he had no plans of dropping 'keeper David De Gea after a less-than-stellar showing against Manchester City midweek.

"I trust David," the Norwegian said. "He is best player we have had for the last six or seven years. He will be fine."

United sits sixth in the Premier League with three matches remaining. They are three points adrift of the Blues for fourth and the final Champions League spot.
