Stars reach two-year deal with RFA Eakin
The Dallas Stars reached a two-year contract agreement with restricted free agent Cody Eakin on Monday. The 23-year-old centre scored 16 goals and 35 points in 81 games with the Stars last season. He was drafted in the third round - 85th overall - of the 2009 NHL Draft.

The 23-year-old centre scored 16 goals and 35 points in 81 games with the Stars last season.
In 159 career games with the Washington Capitals and Stars, Eakin has scored 27 goals and 67 points.
He was drafted in the third round - 85th overall - of the 2009 NHL Draft.
