New York, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade and Los Angeles Clippers point guard Chris Paul were named Monday as the NBA Players of the Week.

Wade captured the Eastern Conference award after averaging 24.5 points, 4.0 assists, 2.3 rebounds and 2.3 steals over four games last week, leading the Heat to a 3-1 record.

Paul helped the Clippers go 4-0, averaging 26.0 points, 11.3 assists and 4.8 rebounds to earn the Western Conference award.
