Warriors' Curry to get MRI on left knee
In his first game back from a right ankle injury, Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry left Friday's clash against the Atlanta Hawks with a left knee strain after teammate JaVale McGee fell into him during a play under the basket.

In his first game back from a right ankle injury, Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry left Friday's clash against the Atlanta Hawks with a left knee strain after teammate JaVale McGee fell into him during a play under the basket.
On Saturday, Curry will undergo an MRI on his left knee to check out a MCL sprain, the team announced after Friday's win.
Friday marked Curry's return to the lineup after the 30-year-old, five-time All-Star missed the previous six games with an ankle injury.
Curry is averaging 26.3 points, 6.2 assists and 5.1 rebounds over 50 games in 2017-18, his ninth year in the NBA.
Curry had 29 points and seven rebounds in 25 minutes of playing time before leaving on Friday. Golden State beat Atlanta 106-94 and sits second in the Western Conference with a 54-18 record.
